Ziyara Trust is a UK-registered humanitarian charity headquartered in London (483 Green Lanes, London N13 4FG). Every donation is governed by a strict **100% Donation Policy** — every penny given to a project or fund reaches the beneficiaries; operational costs are covered separately by a small voluntary "Admin & Operations" contribution donors can opt into at checkout.

The charity is registered with the UK **Charity Commission** (number **1211278**), the **Fundraising Regulator** (Fundraising Promise & Code of Fundraising Practice), and the **Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)** for data protection. Ziyara Trust is eligible to claim **Gift Aid** on UK taxpayer donations, increasing the value of each eligible donation by 25% at no extra cost to the donor. Aid is delivered in Palestine, Pakistan, Egypt, Malawi and the United Kingdom, with full **video and photo evidence** provided to donors for every project-based contribution.

Donation types are strictly categorised so donors can fulfil their Islamic obligations correctly:
- **Zakat** — accepted for Zakat-eligible funds and projects only (e.g. Zakat Fund WW-ZF).
- **Sadaqah** — voluntary charity, accepted across most funds and projects.
- **Lillah / general** — for Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity) such as Masjid building, water pumps, and Qurbani.
- **Qurbani / Udhiyah** — ethical sacrifice during Eid al-Adha, distributed to the poorest communities.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, AED and SAR. The website is available in English, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, Bengali and French.
